What suburbs do you deliver to?

We offer delivery to suburbs within a 15km radius of our store.

Can I pick up flowers in-store?

Yes! You can place your order beforehand via our website or choose in-store from our pre-made arrangements that are ready to go.

What happens if some of the flowers in the arrangement are unavailable?

The florist will substitute the flowers which are of the same value, and try their best to arrange them similar to the ordered product.

Do I need to provide the recipient’s contact number for delivery?

Yes please - this will allow the delivery process to go smoothly! We kindly ask that all customers provide us with a valid contact number and address of the recipient. This will ensure the flowers are properly attended to by the recipient, as we will contact them beforehand to arrange delivery. However, on busy days such as Valentines and Mothers Day, we will not be able to do so. 

What happens if the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivered flowers?

If the flowers are unattended, they will be stored in a safe place outside the premises and the recipient will be notified. The deliverer will take a photo of the flowers and inform the sender that they have been left unattended. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss/damage of flowers once delivery is made. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
